Project Architect - Multi-Residential & Aged Care Projects Location: Brisbane, QLD Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Superannuation If you're an Architect who enjoys working on projects that genuinely shape communities, this could be a great next step. This opportunity sits within a well established international design practice known for delivering thoughtful residential, seniors living and mixed-use developments across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The studio brings together architects, interior designers and urban design specialists who collaborate closely to deliver projects that balance strong design thinking with practical delivery. With a history spanning more than five decades, the practice has built a reputation for designing places where people live, work and connect. The Brisbane team is growing and looking for an Architect with around five years post-graduate experience who is confident using Revit and enjoys contributing to well coordinated, technically strong projects. You will be involved in the delivery of Class 2 multi-residential, aged care and mixed-use developments while working alongside experienced project leaders within a supportive studio environment. What’s in It for You? • Brisbane CBD studio location • Join a respected international design practice with a long history in Australia • Exposure to meaningful residential and community-focused developments • Collaborative studio culture working alongside architecture and interiors teams • Immediate start available What You’ll Be Doing • Contributing to the delivery of multi-residential, seniors living and mixed-use developments • Producing and coordinating Revit documentation across design and documentation phases • Working closely with project architects, consultants and internal teams • Supporting the development of technical packages and detailed drawings • Participating in design coordination meetings and project workshops • Ensuring documentation meets planning, compliance and construction requirements • Assisting with project delivery from design development through to construction stages What You’ll Need Master of Architecture (M.Arch) or equivalent ️ Strong Revit capability and documentation experience Experience in Class 2 residential, aged care or mixed-use commercial projects Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills Good understanding of construction documentation and project delivery Collaborative, detail focused and motivated to contribute within a busy design studio Let’s Talk!
