With a reputation built on quality workmanship, safety, and reliability, and are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Pakenham workshop operations. We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop activities, coordinate trades, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role will suit a motivated leader with a strong fabrication or welding background who enjoys mentoring teams and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate workshop trades and apprentices Plan and schedule fabrication and mechanical works Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections where required Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources for workshop jobs Promote and maintain strong safety culture and compliance Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams Support continuous improvement and workshop efficiency About You Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking, or similar Previous experience in a workshop supervisory or leading hand role Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and workshop processes Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Apply If you are an experienced workshop professional looking to step into a leadership role with a respected Australian company, we would like to hear from you.
