As a Business Development Executive with InXpress, you’ll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to understand how they ship, where they’re losing time or money, and how smarter logistics solutions can improve their operations. Through InXpress’ global partnerships with carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and domestic partners such as StarTrack and TNT, you’ll provide tailored freight solutions that help businesses optimise their shipping processes and reduce costs. It’s a role that combines consultative sales, relationship building and commercial thinking, with the opportunity to build a long-term, high-performing career within a global organisation. What you’ll do You’ll drive new business growth by identifying and securing SME customers across domestic and international freight solutions. Working directly with business owners and decision makers, you’ll lead consultative conversations that uncover opportunities to improve logistics performance, reduce costs and streamline operations. From prospecting through to closing and onboarding, you’ll manage the full sales cycle while building long-term client relationships that support ongoing growth. *This is a remote role and time will be split between visiting prospects/clients face to face and work from home. Weekly team "in person" catch ups. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting and developing new SME business opportunities across domestic and international shipping Managing the full sales cycle from discovery and solution design through to closing and activation Conducting consultative conversations with business owners to understand freight challenges and opportunities Presenting tailored shipping solutions leveraging InXpress’ global carrier partnerships Building strong long-term client relationships to support retention and account growth Working closely with client and internal operational teams to deliver best in class solutions and ensure seamless client service Maintaining an active pipeline and reporting on sales performance and opportunities What you’ll bring This role suits an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving commercial challenges and driving new business growth.
