This position suits someone with strong Australian complaints experience who can confidently manage investigations, regulatory deadlines, and stakeholder engagement. What you’ll be doing Managing the end‑to‑end IDR process , ensuring compliance with RG 271 . Conducting detailed investigations and gathering evidence across internal teams. Completing assessments, preparing written outcomes, and ensuring fair resolutions. Maintaining the complaints register, identifying trends, and escalating systemic issues. Producing reports for Compliance, audits, and regulatory bodies. Supporting process improvements and contributing to training and awareness. What you must bring Strong Australian experience managing end‑to‑end complaints or disputes. RG 146 Tier 1 accreditation and a business or law‑related degree. Strong knowledge of superannuation , with exposure to investments or managed accounts. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
