In this role you will: Build and manage strong relationships with a panel of advisers to drive engagement, advocacy, and growth. Position and promote TAL’s value proposition through high‑quality product, service, and partnership support. Execute targeted 90‑day activity plans aligned to regional priorities and agreed growth outcomes. Grow adviser capability and loyalty through effective training, education, and value‑adding events. Identify and convert new adviser opportunities through proactive industry and dealership engagement. Maintain disciplined activity management and compliance to meet performance, governance, and expense standards.
