Job Description The Opportunity Viva’s Geelong Refinery converts crude oil into transport fuels, solvents, plastic and bitumen playing a key role in transitioning to sustainable energy solutions. Reporting to the Integrity Manager, you will be introduced to mechanical integrity principles and have the opportunity to improve the reliability and safety of fixed refinery pressure equipment. You will interpret, and report on mechanical integrity of refinery equipment, maintaining historical records and, offering recommendations on continued use of the equipment, or its rectification and repair options. The right candidate will be motivated by learning about risk-based and statutory inspection tasks. The role includes stakeholder engagement across the refinery including collaboration with Operational & Engineering teams to optimise integrity programs, special engineering assignments, major maintenance events and complex incident investigations. With your safety focus, you will ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed HSSE practices and procedures.
