Our client specialises in property wealth management with high-net-worth individuals. There is significant amount of repeat business that comes back to the company. The role of the Credit Analyst is responsible for overseeing the credit assessment process and ensuring that all loans are approved in accordance with the company's lending policies and procedures. About the role: Analyse and evaluate the financial statements and credit history of both existing and potential clients Review credit applications and perform credit checks Structure deals and perform risk assessments Liaise with Lenders & BDM’s regarding credit policies and deal scenarios Liaise with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms, and credit limits and negotiate with them Financial forecasting and practice due diligence Provide excepcional customer service About you: Proven track record (3 years) working in a Brokerage Residential lending exposure Experience with client interface maintenance and generating new business Analytical and excellent attention to detail Strong communication and people skills Ability to handle multiple projects and submit applications on time Ability to embrace technology – particularly AI – to drive more efficient credit analysis and client service Certificate IV (preferably Diploma) in Finance and Mortgage Broking About the perks: Profit share options Flexible working arrangements High-performing & collaborative team culture Regular social & networking events Working in a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially, with potential for leadership and increased earning capacity.
