A passion for sustainability and a minimum proven 6 years’ experience in ESG/sustainability consulting within the built environment, with a strong understanding of how sustainability services integrate into property operations and asset plans. The role As Associate Director ESG, you will deliver ESG advisory services to Knight Frank clients both internal and external. The role spans environmental ratings, ESG reporting and ESG consulting projects. The primary focus is environmental projects, but some activities include the social and governance aspects of ESG-focused ESG advisory, services-based assessments and asset data into clear, actionable advice for clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver ESG ratings across the built environment, including NABERS, Green Star, tenancy lighting assessments, Climate Active certification and BEECs. Provide ESG consulting services to clients such as GRESB reporting, and ESG data management services using Knight Frank’s Verdig ESG data management and reporting solution and other commercial platforms such as DeepKi and Envizi. Develop practical, prioritised improvement plans. On-site asset audits to baseline performance, identify gaps and develop practical, prioritised improvement plans. Undertake technical sustainability reviews of buildings and prepare reports which provide NABERS improvement plans and Net Zero emissions plans. Prepare fee proposals to clients for the above services. Develop strong relationships with internal Knight Frank teams and with building owners and other external clients. Support business growth by working with the ESG team to improve services and develop new products. Play a leadership role in developing teamwork and skills within the ESG team. Develop and improve the ESG team’s work processes and data management systems. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and within the ESG team.
