What you’ll bring: ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills ✔ A proactive, team-oriented attitude ✔ Interest or experience in property ✔ Property management licence (or willingness to obtain – we’ll cover the cost!) What you’ll do: Coordinate tenant work requests, liaise with contractors, and organise quotes Process invoices and assist with financial reporting Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets Support lease management, rent reviews, and debt collection Why Cygnet West?
