Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Managing subcontractor payments Processing end to end payroll, including superannuation lodgement and STP reporting. Payroll tax Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis. Assisting in BAS lodgements Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Support month-end activities as required. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. The Successful Applicant The successful Accounts Manager should have: A proven track record within a similar role, ideally from within the construction industry Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (jobpac or cheops highly preferred) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
