Your new role Reporting to the Managing Director, this isan exciting senior leadership position with full responsibility for multi-brand strategy, 360 marketing, consumer engagement, and leading a multidisciplinary marketing team. Set the regional marketing strategy for each brand and deliver sales, profit and market share targets. Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives that drive commercial performance across brands and channels. Bring all marketing, media and consumer activity together into one integrated 360 plan across paid, owned and earned. Build effective marketing calendars and partner with retailers to strengthen in-store and online conversion and momentum. Lead consumer engagement across media, social, influencers, CRM and lifecycle programs to build brand equity and loyalty. Turn research and panel data into actionable insights that guide category and brand decisions. Oversee digital education, clientelling and virtual selling to support productivity and retention. Deliver best-in-class visual merchandising, store design and retail activations that support commercial outcomes. Lead and develop a high-performing team, lifting capability and supporting future growth. Build strong relationships with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed 15 years of marketing experience, including 35 years at Director level with proven leadership impact ideally across luxury, beauty, cosmetics or fragrance categories. Strong multi-brand experience and a commercial mindset, with the ability to drive growth, shape strategy and influence performance. A strategic, creative and commercially sharp approach, ready to lead the marketing vision for the region. A track record of building and leading high-performing teams with clarity, energy and conviction. The ability to navigate and manage challenging profiles, while remaining supportive, solution-focused and committed to developing people. Deep understanding of how to build powerful, emotionally resonant brands across all consumer touchpoints. Strong data fluency, with the ability to translate insight into action across digital, media, CRM and full funnel engagement. Confidence operating within complex stakeholder groups, including matrixed and global structures. An entrepreneurial, agile and dynamic style, with comfort in fast-moving and evolving environments. A degree in Marketing or Business, with an MBA regarded as an advantage. 2980103
