Contact About the Positions: Provide comprehensive medical and community health services to the Carnarvon/Exmouth Health Service and remote communities. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, training, and education. Develop and maintain the skills necessary to provide safe, effective, appropriate, and quality clinical service. These roles are suitable for rural generalists who get a chance to do emergency department work on a rotating roster, ward type-based care and GP outreach clinics. There is also nonclinical time assigned to the roles. Reporting to the Senior Medical Officer at each site will ensure you have the guidance and mentorship to thrive. You'll have access to resident specialists in person or via telehealth, and the WACHS Command Centre offer support with rapid care coordination and team leadership Emergency Medicine and Mental Health patients. In this role, you regularly collaborate with the Royal Flying Doctor Service which will hone your skills in patient retrieval and high-level care. The health region values teamwork.
