What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking experienced Loader Operators (Cat 950 or equivalent) to join a road expansion project in the Pilbara. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a 2/1 roster, operating in a safety-focused, structured environment. You will operate heavy machinery, primarily Cat 950 loaders, to support road construction and civil works. Duties include moving materials, maintaining safe operations, performing routine machine checks, and assisting the site team as required to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
