ABOUT THE ROLE LEARNING DIVERSITY TEACHER years prep - 6 In this position, you will support students with varied learning needs by collaborating with teaching teams, wellbeing staff, and external specialists. Key responsibilities include: • Providing targeted support to students with diverse or additional learning needs • Designing, implementing, and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) • Supporting teachers with differentiation, adjustments, and curriculum access • Conducting observations and contributing to the development of learning profiles • Implementing evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring • Communicating effectively with families to strengthen school–home partnerships • Contributing to whole-school strategies and initiatives that promote inclusion You will be working within a well-resourced learning support department with strong structures already in place.
