A high-profile Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support across Salesforce platforms. The role focuses on user support, data management, reporting and incident resolution, supporting day-to-day operations and minor enhancements. This is a 1 2-month contract with 2 × 12-month extension options based in ACT, with hybrid working arrangements. The successful Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to: Provide Level 1–2 Salesforce user support, onboarding users and resolving day-to-day issues Manage Salesforce data, reports and dashboards to meet business needs Support and optimise workflows and compliance requirements Perform incident management and on-call support for critical activities Deploy and validate changes, including production releases and troubleshooting The successful Salesforce Administrator will have experiences in the following: 3 years’ experience providing Level 1-2 Salesforce application support Salesforce certification (Admin, App Builder or Developer) Strong hands-on skills in data management, reports/dashboards, user access and flows Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions This is a fantastic opportunity within a key Federal Government agency to provide Salesforce application support, enabling users and supporting day-to-day operations across Salesforce platforms.
