This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract commencing January 2026 Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver events, workshops, and campaigns that celebrate our people and key moments such as dates of significance Lead initiatives that bring D&I to life and celebrate milestones Embed and evolve our employee recognition program Implement culture programs aligned with our ambition to be the most loved bank for young Australians Activate our EVP, internal brand, and employee values Help implement strategies that foster belonging, motivation, and retention Analyse engagement survey feedback, facilitate focus groups, and drive action planning in partnership with our People team and People Partners Implement strategies that foster belonging, motivation, and retention Collaborate with senior leaders and People Partners to drive engagement Your Experience: Proven experience in creating unique and valuable employee experiences Proficient in analysing engagement surveys and action planning initiatives Passion for inclusive, people-centered experiences; experience with Employee Resource Groups(ERGs) is a plus Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Skilled at stakeholder engagement and relationship building across all levels Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments Preferred experience in scaling up or global organisations Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp or similar desirable Why Ubank?
