Retail Security Officer – Werribee As a Retail Security Officer based in Werribee, you will be a highly visible and approachable presence within the retail environment. You’ll play a key role in deterring theft, supporting store teams, and ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for customers. With professionalism and confidence, you’ll respond to incidents and contribute to maintaining a secure shopping centre environment. Please note: To be considered for this role, you must be available to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. About the Role Monitor foot traffic and proactively deter theft or suspicious behaviour Provide support to retail staff during challenging customer interactions Conduct regular patrols and maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the centre Operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systems Liaise with centre management and emergency services when required Complete accurate and detailed daily shift and incident reports About You Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention Experience using CCTV and incident reporting systems Current VIC Security Licence Nationally Accredited First Aid and CPR Certificate VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) VIC Working with Children Check (WWCC) Why Join Us?
