At Kubota Australia and Kubota New Zealand, we distribute and provide after sales support for high value, exceptional quality agricultural and construction machinery and products. Kubota's team of Regional Service Managers are critical to Kubota's brand success in Australasia. You will support our operations across all of Western Australia and Northern Territoy. As a Regional Service Manager, you will partner with independent Dealers and assist our customers to ensure satisfaction and advocacy, specifically you will focus on minimising machinery downtime, optimising product performance and guiding our dealers to continously improve. Your new role will provide significant opportunity for you to apply the full range of your mechanical and technical skills and capabilities along with your account/ relationship management and customer service prowess. Your role will be diverse and you'll have the opportunity to make a lot of connections with the community and customers. On any day, you will undertake a range of tasks, including but not limited to; travel to visit dealers and/or customers, customer service and issue resolution, investigation and research, trouble-shooting and problem solving, advising on repair protocols, making decisions on warranty/ goodwill, providing technical and safe operating guidance, training/ coaching, report writing, collaborating with peers in the region, action planning with dealers and even undertaking promotional work as a brand representative. Requirements Your resumes would like include: Relevant tertiary qualification (mechanical trade/ mechanical engineering) Senior level experience in a similar Service Manager position which includes experience in Agricultural and/or Construction machinery, experience undertaking warranty/ goodwill approvals and exposure to Dealer (or similar) service and parts operations Account/ relationship management and customer service experience Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving and trouble shooting skills Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills Exceptional communication skills, including ability to produce management and technical report, train/ coach others and explain technical matters in audience appropriate terms Strong business acumen and the ability to coach and provide feedback/ capability uplift activity to businesses and their teams to help them be their best Applied knowledge of Trade Practices Act, International Standards and OH&S legislation Valid Drivers License, Passport and certification/ tickets for equipment (as required) You should reside or have access to the zone which you support, the position requires very frequent regional and interstate travel and national or international travel on occasions.
