In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic marketing leadership across the global business and developing a digital marketing strategy that strengthens and elevates the TMX brand. Responsibilities Working with the Head of Marketing to develop, implement and manage marketing plans, digital and overall strategies to meet organisational/project objectives Lead digital strategy and performance by planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing for TMX, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social campaigns across appropriate platforms. Proactively map, track, and report on activity across our digital ecosystem, providing regular insights to optimize, benchmarking against current trends. With a particular focus on the customer journey and converting new business Work with external and internal stakeholders, such as: customer team, content partners, and marketing team, to create digital campaigns that address the right audience, with the right message, at the right time, while meeting business objectives Regularly checking marketing platforms and tools to provide insights to relevant stakeholders Manage the company website (Sanity) and champion the relationship with website partner Drive traffic to the website and generate marketing leads globally Maintain and grow TMX brand presence online Manage and report on digital budgets and ROI Develop and oversee junior team members in digital marketing Stay up to date with digital best practice and implement new learnings Qualifications & Experience Bachelors in relevant degree (marketing, communications, commerce) preferred 5 years industry experience HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience is highly desired Experience in B2B marketing In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and social platforms Experience in digital marketing Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Experience with Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator (Previous use of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc. Skills Solutions-focused thinker with strong creative and innovative capability Strong and influential communication skills across teams and stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to champion change Data driven judgement with a proactive approach to optimization Effective prioritization and deadline management in fast paced environments Strong project leadership, marketing technology proficiency, and team management skills Ability to get measurable results in a complex organization Ability to create efficiencies and refine processes
