This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering innovative CRM solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE modules. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional designs Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom development Provide end-user training and support during UAT and go-live phases Ensure solutions align with best practices and compliance standards Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant (minimum 4 years) Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with Azure services and integrations is a plus
