Role Description This senior enterprise sales role focuses on driving revenue across three core pillars: net new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, and client retention. The position plays a central role in the company’s growth strategy through cross-sell, upsell, and long-term client engagement. Team Size & Leadership Scope Key Collaboration: Sales, Marketing, SDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Responsibilities Own and manage a territory of approximately existing accounts & net new logos Drive sales across the full suite of offerings (Research, CX, EX) to enable integrated business solutions Execute a balanced strategy of land-and-expand alongside full-platform sales Partner with SDRs and Marketing to generate pipeline along side network and outbound actives Manage and close complex sales cycles Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform adoption and long-term customer value Requirements Must-Haves: 10 years of SaaS sales experience Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales with measurable business impact Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable with a learning mindset Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with unstructured processes Experience in startup-like or high-growth settings Nice-to-Haves: Background in adjacent enterprise systems such as CRM, HCM, or EX platforms Career progression through SDR, Mid-Market, to Enterprise sales Salary & Benefits Salary Range: AUD 300,000 – AUD 433,000 OTE (level-dependent) Additional Benefits: Six-month ramp with 25% of OTE commission guaranteed monthly (full quota at nine months) Share options Well-being funds Flexible working arrangements
