About the role Title: Enterprise Account Executive – Field Service SaaS - $360k OTE (50/50 split) Location: Preferably East Coast Australia (Open to remote; hybrid with occasional office meet-ups 1-2x/month) Overview: A global SaaS company (400 employees worldwide, 6 in Australia) is building out their local team and looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial Account Executives to join the journey. This is a rare opportunity to get in early and help scale a high-growth field service management solution. You'll be working alongside top performers who are already smashing their numbers and backed by proven global success. Scope: This is a true hunter role – ideal for someone who thrives in new logo acquisition and wants to build a self-generated pipeline. You’ll own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close, and ideally, farming accounts post-sale. Candidates must bring deep experience selling into Telco, Utilities, Public Sector, and Mining and must understand how to sell complex, enterprise SaaS solutions focused on digital transformation. Product Suite/Tech Stack: Field Service Management (core offering) Rostering & Workforce Management (esp. emergency services) ERP integrations SaaS Applications (IFS, SFDC Field Force, MS Dynamics, ServiceMax, SynPro) ICP: 200–2000 field-based staff (engineers, service workers, emergency personnel) Preference for customers in public sector and asset-heavy industries Deal Size & Sales Cycle: Typical ACV: $300k AUD TCV: $1M–$2M Sales Cycle: 6–9 months Ramp quota (Year 1): $800k Full quota (Year 2): $1.2M 2–3 deals to make number Must Haves: Strong SaaS sales background (ideally enterprise-grade deals $1M) Experience with Field Service / Workforce Management platforms Background selling into public sector, telco, mining, utilities Proven hunter with ability to self-generate pipeline High energy, motivated, and eager to grow with the business Comfortable in early-stage, high-growth environments Familiar with Meddpicc and/or Challenger methodology Nice to Have: ERP application sales experience Understanding of unsexy, complex, application-layer tech Background selling HR / rostering software into public sector Not an Ideal Fit: Candidates from MarTech or Cyber Security backgrounds, non-complex sales Compensation: $360k OTE (50/50 split)
