We currently have a Full Time Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic position available at our Rosebud Workshop. The suitable applicant will work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm with the opportunity to work overtime. Key Responsibilities include: Assist in ensuring we maintain a safe and reliable fleet Fulfilling preventative maintenance schedules Diagnosing and repairing buses Test driving of vehicles to diagnose malfunctions Essential Criteria for this position: Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology Current HR licence, or willingness to obtain Heavy Vehicle experience (desirable) Safety focused and customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to gain/undergo relevant police and medical clearances If you are seeking a change and want to contribute to the peninsula community, Ventura is the right move for you.
