Information Technology and Services Sydney Contract Information Technology and Services 12/8/2025 $930-$1,041 p/d Pay rate: $930/day plus superannuation Contract length: 12 Months Location: Parramatta / WFH About the Role The program involves migrating and integrating ERP systems into a unified SAP S/4HANA environment, alongside IT service/incident management and travel/expense management improvements. The Manager, Release and Environment will lead and manage release management processes within a complex, multi-vendor, multi-tenanted SAP landscape. This role requires strong experience in release/change/environment management specifically within SAP environments, including a sound understanding of SAP Basis concepts. You will coordinate technology requirements and integrations across multiple stakeholder groups, working closely with vendors and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of releases and environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the assessment, planning, and design of release packages for the SAP S/4HANA program, including risk assessments, to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to capture technology requirements, integration needs, and readiness for releases. Manage and prioritise the release portfolio and SAP ICT environments based on client demand, program milestones, and vendor capacity. Liaise with vendors, business stakeholders, and technology teams to schedule releases and communicate progress. Verify release readiness, ensuring all requirements are met before deployment to maintain operational stability. Identify and implement tools and automation techniques to optimise release and deployment efficiency within the SAP landscape. Drive capability improvement initiatives, including process reviews and performance assessments, to strengthen release/change practices. Guide and monitor the incident process, ensuring procedure adherence and accurate documentation for improved support outcomes. Maintain a deep understanding of SAP landscape design and stay across industry trends to recommend innovative, best-practice solutions. Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience working on complex business and systems integration projects, ideally within a SAP S/4HANA environment. Managing a large and complex release portfolio across multi-vendor SAP environments. Coordinating input from multiple stakeholders with differing integration and business needs. Ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective releases within an outsourced shared services model. Building and maintaining trust with a diverse and senior technology stakeholder group.
