Job Details Description: Personal Care / Support Preferably a one hour service on Wednesdays & a 1.5 hour service on Fridays please. Thanks Access to property: path up to front door, short ramp installed. Parking: Street parking available Alerts: none • Frequency: weekly, 1 hour, two days per week • Date & Time: Wednesdays & Fridays, 10am-11am • Level of assistance: all facets of showering; undressing, getting into the shower, washing, supervising safety, drying, redressing. If there is still time at the end of the shower please sit & chat or watch TV with the client to complete the shift. • Equipment in use: Shower chair & non-slip mats. • Undressing: Please assist. • Accessing the shower: Please assist with entering the shower. • Assistance in the shower: Please assist with washing as requested & supervising safety whilst in there. • Getting dry and out of the shower: Please assist with exiting the shower & drying off. • Location of clothes etc: Clothes will be in the bedroom or brought into the bathroom. • Grooming- teeth, hair deodorant etc: Please ask if assistance is required with these. • Special requirements: Client experiences a lot of pain from medical conditions; arthritis & scoliosis.
