This high-profile position sits within a top-performing and well-regarded business development, marketing and communications function. This role is instrumental in driving a culture of client-centricity by coaching stakeholders, embedding best practice, and building internal capability around client development. Working closely with partners, client leads and business development professionals, you will lead a range of strategic initiatives designed to enhance client relationships, drive growth, and elevate the client experience. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple client engagement programs across key client and prospect portfolios Coach stakeholders across all levels of the firm to build capability in client conversations, planning and growth initiatives Develop and implement toolkits, frameworks and processes to enable sustainable client development practices Facilitate and manage structured client engagement meetings, including agenda setting, follow-up and tracking of outcomes Partner with BD and Client Managers to uncover growth opportunities, ensure accountability and measure progress Design and deliver internal training, toolkits and resources to upskill teams in client development Contribute to broader client development strategy, including value proposition development and go-to-market plans About You You bring: Extensive experience (ideally 10 years) in senior business development or client development roles within a professional services environment (accounting, consulting or legal preferred) A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and coaching teams to embed client development strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge thinking, guide conversations and align diverse views High emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style A strategic, structured approach to building internal capability, enabling others to drive client outcomes effectively This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impact across a national platform and be part of a collaborative, flexible and forward-thinking team.
