The Opportunity: As the Centre Manager / Director, you will play a pivotal role in: Leading a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS Building strong, supportive relationships with families, children, staff, and the local community Ensuring the centre meets compliance, safety, and operational standards Driving enrolments and maintaining high occupancy levels Fostering a positive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and professional growth What We’re Looking For: A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A commitment to delivering exceptional care and education Why Join Thrive?
