About the Role We’re seeking two Maintenance Planners HME to support a mining operation with maintenance planning across underground and surface mining equipment. This role operates on a hybrid roster, working five days in Perth and four days on site, providing strong exposure to both planning and execution environments. Using SAP, you’ll plan and prepare maintenance work for a broad HME fleet including boggers, production and development drills, and trucks, ensuring all work is fully planned and execution ready. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain maintenance plans for underground and surface HME fleets Build and manage work orders and job plans in SAP Prepare job packs, materials, and labour requirements Plan maintenance activities for boggers, drills, and trucks Liaise with site supervisors and maintenance teams to support execution readiness Support short term planning and shutdown preparation as required Benefits Hybrid roster with Perth and site exposure $90 to $100 per hour plus super, paid weekly. 3 month contract with possible extension Two positions available Work across a diverse mining HME fleet About You Proven experience in HME maintenance planning Strong SAP experience for maintenance work management Exposure to underground and surface mining equipment Ability to plan work across multiple equipment types Strong communication and organisational skills Must have the right to work in Australia About Us Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
