About the Opportunity We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers who bring kindness, respect and highquality care to every interaction. In this role, you’ll empower older people to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing. What You’ll Do Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle Provide domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and general household tasks Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and medication prompting Accompany clients to shopping, appointments and social activities Benefits Boost your takehome pay with generous salary packaging (up to $15,990 $2,650 meals/entertainment) Ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team of coordinators and care partners Access to our confidential Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program rewards Essential Requirements Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent Full Victorian driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle Availability for at least three days per week Recent experience in community or residential aged care Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) You’ll Also Bring Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practices Confidence using mobile devices and completing documentation Excellent attention to detail, honesty and reliability A warm, supportive approach that builds trust and encourages independence COVID19 and flu vaccinations (recommended) Why Royal Freemasons?
