The Why: In this role, you bring deep expertise in domain-specific analytics, such as understanding the profile of digitally engaged customers or identifying high‑value audiences for targeted campaigns. You are skilled in Power BI or similar visualisation tools and act as a subject matter expert, guiding best‑practice dashboard development and ensuring reporting effectively supports decision-making across Ubank. Key Responsibilities: Effective delivery of defined scope insights – e.g. who should we target for this Campaign Effective delivery of blue-sky insights – with significant support from D&A leadership Advance the practice of analytics at ubank, and be a champion for the documentation of design, implementation of quality and maturity of our architectural principles. Work closely with business stakeholders and design and implement strategies to support business growth and operations with analytics assets and insights. Enforce data governance including regulatory compliance and uphold data quality standards in analysis and reporting. Your Experience: Deep expertise in generating actionable insights within defined customer or product domains. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to turn ambiguous, “blue-sky” problems into structured, tangible solutions. Hands-on experience exploring and analysing large, complex data sets (financial services experience highly regarded). Advanced Power BI / data visualisation tool capability, including building high-quality data models for scalable self-service analytics. Solid understanding of statistical modelling techniques. Experience developing predictive and machine-learning models. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or DBT to work with complex data sources Why Ubank?
