Role Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our agency for casual shifts across various healthcare settings in the Lismore area. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in different clinical environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a range of healthcare settings. Perform clinical assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions. Administer medications, manage wounds, and provide other clinical procedures as required. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
