About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a large residential aged care facility in Bundaberg. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead a team of Clinical Nurses and Registered Nurses to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered consistently. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior clinician ready to step into a key leadership position with influence over care standards, staff development, and clinical governance.
