Working closely with the Lifestyle Team Leader and allied health professionals, you’ll help design and deliver engaging, person-centred programs that enhance resident wellbeing, independence and quality of life. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on engagement and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required. The Opportunity You will play a key role in: Supporting the coordination of lifestyle programs Working alongside physiotherapists and clinical staff Promoting meaningful engagement for residents Assisting with documentation and compliance requirements Stepping into leadership duties as 2IC when needed With a smaller home environment, this role offers the ability to build strong resident relationships and make a visible impact every day.
