About the role As the successful candidate, your duties as an Automotive Technician will include but not be limited to: Diagnosing & troubleshooting various vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, transmission & electrical components Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations & fluid flushes Repairing & replacing faulty parts & components to restore vehicles to optimal condition. Documenting all work performed & maintaining detailed records of jobs completed Proving exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients & addressing their concerns Adhering to all safety protocols, occupational Health & safety procedures & ensuring a clean & organised work environment About you To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Full Australian working rights essential Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an automotive technician Demonstrated experience diagnosing & repairing mechanical & electrical faults Excellent attention to detail & the ability work accurately & efficiently Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members & provide high quality customer service Industry-recognised Trade Qualifications Current Australian driver's license Ability to work under limited supervision. (Additional trades/licences such as Auto Electrician, MR Licences & QLD Safety Certificate are advantageous but not essential .)
