About You : Tertiary qualification in Health Science, Nutrition or Naturopathy Position Summary : The Area Manager is responsible for achieving sales and growth targets within an assigned territory by developing developing strong practitioner and/or retailer relationships, promoting the company's practitioner-only supplements, retail supplements and functional testing services, and executing territory plans in alignment with the company strategy. This position combines business development, account management, and product education. The role requires a strong understanding of the practitioner-only model and retail environment, excellent communication skills, and a high level of integrity in compliance with TGA advertising and ethical-promotion standards. Key Requirements : Essential Experience in sales, account management or business development within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries Understanding of TGA and FSANZ compliance Current driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory Desirable Experience managing practitioner or B2B accounts Job Responsibility : Sales Growth and Territory Management Manage and growth accounts within the assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets Develop and execute a territory business plan focusing on growth opportunities, new accounts, and re-engagement strategies Identify potential business opportunities in complementary and integrative-medicine markets Monitor sales performance by product and category to identify trends and action plans Practitioner Relationship Management Build trust, long-term relationships with practitioners and/or retailers with appropriate technical resources Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with practitioners, clinics and/or retailers to present product ranges, new launches and testing solutions Support onboarding of new accounts and ensure seamless customer experience Manage pricing, discounting, and account administration in accordance with company guidelines Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support Provide feedback to management about field experience to inform ongoing improvement of appropriate technical resources Work closely with the Head of Sales to align sales activities with broader strategy Contribute to team meetings and share insights from the field Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members when required Marketing, Events and Engagement Represent the company at conferences, trade events and workshops Assist in the coordination of events, webinars, and sponsorship activities Promote educational initiatives and programs to increase engagement and loyalty Gather feedback to guide marketing and product-development improvements Compliance, Reporting and Administration Ensure all promotional discussions and materials remain compliant with TGA and company guidelines Maintain accurate records on account interactions, calls, and opportunities within the CRM system Prepare activity reports as required summarising progress against KPIs Provide timely feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and practitioner/retail trends Uphold professional conduct that reflects the company's values and ethics Additional Tasks Additional tasks as required.
