Project Manager We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple initiatives within a complex Utilities environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, follow-up, and keeping programs moving across technical and operational teams. You will work across various projects/programs, supporting delivery through strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement: Detect & Protect Uplift Program Security operations uplift across tools, processes, and capabilities Task tracking, follow-ups, reporting, coordination of changes, and resource engagement Operational Technology (OT) Asset Security Program Rollout of security solutions across field and operational assets Coordination of large, field-based change activities Resource engagement, task tracking, follow-up, and reporting Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery activities across multiple projects and workstreams Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up Support reporting and status updates to project and program leadership Coordinate resources across technical, operational, and field-based teams Support change activities and assist with embedding change into operations Act as a central point of communication between project teams and stakeholders Skills & Experience Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups Experience supporting project or program delivery, ideally within utilities or similar regulated environments Exposure to change management processes and supporting the implementation of change Experience working with engineering, field contracting, and/or operational technology environments is highly regarded Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative, adaptable approach — personality and team fit are critical to success in this role Why Apply Opportunity to work on critical security and operational programs Hands-on delivery coordination role with exposure to senior stakeholders Supportive team environment within a complex utilities landscape If you’re a delivery-focused coordinator or PM looking to build experience across complex programs please HIT the APPLY BUTTON, or email jason@capstonerecruitment.com.au
