About the Role Step into the rapidly growing renewable energy sector with an opportunity suited to either a qualified Solar Electrician or a Licensed Electrician looking to move into the field with full training provided. You'll be joining a busy installation team delivering residential and commercial solar, battery and energy storage projects across Sydney. The role offers hands-on technical work, exposure to modern renewable systems and a clear pathway into a specialised, future-focused electrical career. For electricians new to solar, the company will fully fund required training and certifications , making this an ideal transition into a high-demand niche with strong long-term security and progression opportunities. Tasks & Responsibilities Install and commission residential and commercial solar PV systems Work with inverters, battery storage and energy monitoring systems Interpret electrical and solar design drawings and specifications Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices on site Coordinate with installation teams, supervisors and project managers Complete funded solar training and accreditation where required Opportunities available for both experienced solar electricians and licensed electricians entering the sector.
