We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. We serve up delicious modern Australian fare, and we need an experienced cook to join our energetic team. You will assist in preparing dishes that will delight our customers with its taste and timely delivery. You must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. You must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our customer base. Applicants must possess: Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation Kitchen maintenance, cleaning and keeping an orderly environment in the kitchen Maintaining stocks and supplies Assist in menu planning and daily specials development Following food safety requirements Preparation of catering, Uber and other delivery app orders Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chef or lead cook Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail Be a team player and a good communicator Full working rights in Australia MUST have certificate IV in commercial cookery.
