With facilities across Australia and overseas, they are known for their commitment to innovation, employee development and high-performing, safetyfocused operations.They are now seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daytoday operations within their ISO9001-certified manufacturing centre in Cardiff. Your new role Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the workshops daily production activities and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys mentoring teams, driving performance and coordinating workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Success will rely on your ability to communicate clearly, plan effectively and ensure expectations are met across people, processes and production output.
