As a highly respected and long-standing agency based in Bowral, they have built a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity and outstanding results. They are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team for a minimum of 3 -4 days per week (9:00am – 5:00pm). $40- $45 per hour Superannuation. Key Responsibilities: • Trust accounting and reconciliations • Bookkeeping using Xero, including payroll and payment of invoices • Ensuring legislative compliance requirements are met • Processing sales advices • Providing high-level administrative support to the sales team • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients Criteria: • Experience in real estate administration preferred • Trust accounting knowledge • Understanding of compliance and contract processes • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and established agency with a strong presence in the Southern Highlands.
