TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and coordinate delivery of third-party accessories between suppliers to ensure vehicle delivery occurs on time Proactively communicate with the driver regarding progress of their Novated lease. Ensure information is always maintained accurately and up to date, to ensure client is always provided correct information Professionally handle any issues or complaints in line with complaint management process. Follow through to resolution in a timely manner Effectively liaise with internal/external stakeholders – Sales, Purchasing, Procurement, Suppliers and Trade Advantage teams getting to the source of any issues that may impact the driver to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Manage key events/tasks of the vehicle purchasing process life cycle - with all stakeholders, in accordance with sgfleet policy and procedures Manage and process dealer paperwork and documents ensuring they meet the Financiers requirements Manage internal reports on outstanding deliveries Continually review, assess and follow up overdue/outstanding orders SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Excellent phone manner and communication skills Good attention to detail Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to effectively negotiate Ability to manage workload efficiently and deal with competing priorities Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment ABOUT YOU High level of initiative, motivation, energy and drive to achieve.
