Adelaide CBD location About the role Government agency requires an experienced Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to join them on a short-term assignment for a duration of up to a period of 3 months based in Adelaide CBD with an immediate start. As the Marketing and Engagement Coordinator, you will provide strategic advice and manage marketing and engagement activities that support the organisation’s strategic plan and priorities. Key responsibilities Reporting to the Director, your key tasks and responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders across South Australia’s international education sector to position the organisation as a leading senior secondary curriculum in the Asia-Pacific region. Developing and delivering marketing and communications activities that increase brand awareness and strengthen brand value. Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of the annual Marketing and Engagement Plan to help grow international student enrolments. Identifying and coordinating targeted marketing and engagement activities across digital channels, events and campaigns to meet enrolment goals. Coordinating and maintaining the organisation’s digital communication platforms, working closely with the Communications team to ensure content is effective and well governed. Contributing to strategy development and team work plans to deliver agreed marketing and engagement outcomes. Experience and Skills The skills and experience you will need to demonstrate include: Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and lead a program of communications activities. Knowledge of contemporary communications and marketing practices including developing, monitoring and evaluating marketing plans. Experience in the management of digital platforms, social media, electronic newsletters, or similar online media. Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of current digital marketing best practices. Ability to use Microsoft suite of software, virtual meeting, and collaboration tools. Qualifications Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or other relevant disciplines Understanding of the international education sector as an export industry for education services.
