• 6-month contract with an immediate start• Based in the Adelaide CBD• Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment Our client, a dynamic SA Government agency, is seeking an experienced AS05 Return to Work Coordinator to join their Business Services team. This role is critical in managing complex and high-risk return to work cases, supporting staff recovery, and ensuring compliance with the Return-to-Work Act 2014. • 6-month contract with an immediate start • Based in the Adelaide CBD • Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment What you’ll do: • Manage and deliver return to work services for operational and non-operational staff • Assess injured workers’ needs and develop tailored return to work plans • Coordinate high-risk and complex cases with managers, medical providers, and unions • Provide expert advice on return-to-work processes and legislation • Monitor and review recovery and return to work strategies • Contribute to continuous improvement of return-to-work policies and practices • Represent the agency in sensitive or disputed return to work matters • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in return-to-work coordination, including high-risk and complex cases • Strong knowledge of the Return-to-Work Act 2014 (SA) • Ability to work independently and prioritise high volumes of work • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Current Police Check or willing to obtain • Why this role is exciting: • Work in a supportive public sector environment • Make a real impact on staff wellbeing and recovery • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovative return to work solutions • Gain exposure to a dynamic, professional, and collaborative team If you are proactive, solution-focused, and ready to step in and make a difference, this is the role for you.
