Learning Support Coordinator - WA Location: Western Australia – office-based - Part time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Contract: 12 months with option to extend | ASAP start Hours: 7-hour shifts (earliest start 7:30am; typically 8:30–9:00am depending on program requirements) Pay Rate: $38 super per hour | weekly paid About the roleWe are seeking a customer-focused Learning Support Coordinator to support the delivery of AGSM Short Courses for a key Woodside partnership in WA. This role plays a hands-on part in coordinating programs, supporting learners, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from onboarding through to completion. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing practical project and administrative support while being a key point of contact for participants. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of partner programs to meet operational and strategic objectives Coordinate program logistics including venues, catering, workshop setup, technology support and attendance tracking Prepare course materials, participant communications and post-program follow-up Provide project coordination support including schedules, action tracking and status reporting Liaise with internal teams, facilitators, and external stakeholders Deliver high-touch, participant-focused support throughout the program lifecycle Respond promptly to participant enquiries and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement Support workshops and courses delivered onsite (education/course delivery exposure preferred) Skills & experience Project coordination or administration experience (highly preferred) Strong customer service mindset with a participant-first approach Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Confident stakeholder management across multiple groups Experience using Microsoft Office and online systems/platforms Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Education or course delivery experience is desirable but not essential Additional information Office-based role in WA (no remote work) Interview process: Microsoft Teams (interviewer based in Sydney) This is a long-term opportunity within a well-regarded education environment, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
