• 3-month contract with opportunity to extend• Based in the Adelaide CBD• Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment Our client, a dynamic SA Government agency, is seeking a AS05 Lead Recruitment & HR Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, workforce planning, and HR support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a real impact on workforce strategy and employee engagement. • 3-month contract with opportunity to extend • Based in the Adelaide CBD • Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment What you’ll do: • Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns, from planning through to evaluation • Analyse recruitment outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements • Develop innovative strategies to attract, select, and retain a skilled, diverse workforce • Build and maintain strong relationships with education providers, agencies, and community partners • Represent the agency at career expos and recruitment events • Provide expert HR advice on industrial instruments, policies, performance management, and job design • Support managers with workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration • Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations to inform senior management decisions • Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment and HR processes What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in recruitment campaign management and evaluation • Public sector HR/recruitment experience highly desirable • Strong advisory skills with confidence in interpreting industrial instruments • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management skills • High attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Current Police Check or willing to obtain one How to Apply: If you are a proactive HR professional ready to contribute to workforce excellence, click ‘Apply Now’ to submit your CV and cover letter.
