Lead a high-impact organisational design and transformation engagement Deliver tangible artefacts: org design, process maps and implementation roadmap Senior stakeholder exposure with executive-level influence Project Manager (Specialist) – Organisational Design & Transformation The role An experienced Project Manager (Specialist) is required to lead a comprehensive organisational structure review within a complex operational environment. This role will deliver a full diagnostic and transformation package including organisational design recommendations, process mapping, role mapping and an implementation roadmap, supported by executive-level reporting and presentations. You’ll lead research, data collection, analysis and consultation to shape evidence-based recommendations, manage sensitive stakeholder engagement, and translate findings into practical, implementable change. This role suits a confident delivery lead with strong organisational design, change and executive engagement capability. What you’ll be doing Lead an end-to-end organisational structure review, producing a recommendations report and revised org design Deliver process maps for critical functions and a role-mapping summary Develop a practical implementation plan and benefits profiles aligned to organisational objectives Conduct complex data collection, research and stakeholder consultations to inform recommendations Prepare executive-ready briefings and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Manage risks, issues, scope, time and cost to ensure delivery to agreed outcomes Lead change activities aligned to benefits realisation and operational improvement Maintain high standards of governance, confidentiality and information security Capture and share knowledge to promote a positive, high-performance delivery culture About you You’re a senior Project Manager or change lead with strong organisational design and transformation experience in complex, regulated environments. You’re comfortable handling sensitive material, influencing senior leaders, and converting analysis into practical change.
