Up to 6 months initial engagement with an immediate start.$600 - 700 /day Quick Service Restaurant / Retail / POS This role reports to the Head of IT and will partner with business stakeholders to manage the delivery of a key software replacement project along with an enterprise architecture review initiative. Responsibilities Follow the Program governance framework and ensure project is executed within the guard-rails. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Support program manager through program life cycle from planning, budgeting, scheduling, tracking to production deployment. Support the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Keep track of any change in the program with respect to scope, budget, schedule and resource. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client / vendor stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Facilitate meetings / workshops where applicable. Skills / Experience Required Proven track record operating in a project delivery capacity with strong client and stakeholder management skills. Experience in IT implementation projects Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management Mandatory QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) / Retail experience Preferable POS implementation and configuration experience.
