The Barpa Cadet/Graduate Program is designed to provide structured exposure across the full project lifecycle, including: Cost planning and estimating Tender submissions Project start up and construction delivery Contract administration Site supervision Health, Safety & Environment Quality Management Design and project coordination Project handover and defects management You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers while building practical capability aligned to your long-term career pathway. What You Will Be Doing: Support project teams with coordination, documentation and stakeholder communication Assist with subcontractor administration, cost tracking and reporting Participate in site safety walks, inductions and compliance processes Support design coordination and consultant engagement Contribute to procurement and engagement with Indigenous suppliers Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors About you: Essential Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander identity Studying or recently completed a qualification relating to Building & Construction Willingness to learn A proactive attitude and genuine interest in construction Alignment with Barpa's values of Respect, Excellence, Safety, Price, Equality, Culture, Teamwork (RESPECT) You do not need extensive industry experience.
