The Opportunity You will lead the Identity & Access Management function, working closely with Cyber, Infrastructure, and enterprise stakeholders to uplift and modernise IAM capability. This role blends strategy, hands-on architectural input, and operational leadership. You will: Lead the IAM stream and mentor engineers as part of a broader modernisation roadmap Partner with Cyber and Infrastructure to align IAM with enterprise security strategy Design and enhance identity solutions across provisioning, authentication, and access control Strengthen access governance, RBAC, and policy enforcement across critical systems Drive integration of IAM platforms across applications and cloud environments Ensure alignment with security and regulatory standards Oversee lifecycle governance aligned to ISM requirements Operate within structured ITIL processes, including incident and change management Support critical releases and incidents when required About You You bring strong domain expertise in Identity & Access Management and understand the balance between governance, usability, and security. Ideally, you will have: 7 years’ experience across IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle IAM, Okta, Auth0 and Entra ID Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, privileged access and identity governance Strong understanding of authentication standards and Microsoft Entra ID Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server Exposure to enterprise-scale IAM within regulated or complex environments A degree in Computer Science, IT or similar Australian Citizenship (mandatory), Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain preferred) Hybrid working model
