ConsultANZ is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our client in Sydney, responsible for managing and delivering remedial building projects across the state. The role will involve overseeing project planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful project completion. Main Responsibilities: Manage the remedial project from start to completion. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Oversee budget and financial performance. Maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Lead teams across site and office (3 days onsite, 2 days office). Requirements Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar. 10 years’ construction experience (remedial highly regarded). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercially aware with professional presentation. Ability to work across site and office environments.
